加利西亞水煮章魚
材料
章魚 紅椒粉 海鹽 橄欖油 馬鈴薯
作法
1.章魚洗乾淨
2.燒滾一鍋水,水滾後把章魚用夾子夾著,把章魚腳下水再拉起來,重複三次後再整隻下水小火煮20分鐘,再熄火燜20分鐘
3.取出章魚,把馬鈴薯切小塊後下鍋用煮過章魚的高湯煮軟後撈起盛盤
4.把章魚切小塊放在煮好的馬鈴薯上頭,再撒上海鹽和紅椒粉,然後淋上橄欖油
*章魚腳要下水三次是要藉著這樣把章魚腳上的膠質給燙掉,以免煮的時候黏在肉上要煮很久才會軟
*書上的作法沒有馬鈴薯,但有些地區的作法則是會加水煮馬鈴薯,我會依當天菜多不多,再決定要不要放馬鈴薯來增加飽足感

3. Take out the octopus, cut the potato into small pieces, put it in the pot and boil it with the octopus soup until it is soft, then take it out and put it on a plate
4. Cut the octopus into small pieces and place it on top of the boiled potatoes, sprinkle with sea salt and red pepper powder, then drizzle with olive oil
*The Squid Tentacles need to be put into the water three times to burn off the gum on the Squid Tentacles, so as not to stick to the meat when it is cooked, it will take a long time for it to become soft.
*The recipe in the book does not contain potatoes, but in some regions, boiled potatoes are added in water. I will decide whether to add potatoes or not to increase satiety according to the amount of dishes that day.
